"Good things come to those who work for it." My mom used to tell me this all the time while I was growing up, and it serves as a reminder for me to stay motivated in order for me to achieve what I want to in the future!
What is a health issue that you are really passionate about, and why?
I care a lot about pediatric health care for underserved communities across the country; my peers growing up often fell through the cracks due to financial gaps, and one of my biggest goals is to be someone that people from all backgrounds can reach!
