Laura Cencer

Hi everyone! My name is Laura, and I’m a rising sophomore from Northville, Michigan. I am planning on majoring in BHS and Spanish on a pre-medical track. In my free time I love drawing, cooking, and listening to music. I also enjoy dancing and am in a dance organization on campus called New Movement. Other clubs that I am involved with are Dance Marathon at the University of Michigan (DMUM) and One Thousand Schools. Additionally, I am a research assistant in a Rheumatology lab that studies the pathogenesis of lupus. Through HSSP, I was able to meet lots of new people and make great friends! I also appreciated the resources and opportunities that HSSP has to offer, such as shadowing or study groups. I am looking forward to staying involved with this community for another year!
