Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?

I love to de-stress by getting out in nature as much as possible. My favorite way to do this is by going on long walks in the Arb (which is very close to Couzens).

What is a show that you've watched, a book you've read, or music you've enjoyed recently?

I recently watched The Pitt, and I really enjoyed!
