Sally Bjork is a photographer and digital imaging specialist for the Visual Resources Collections. In addition to doing departmental and cultural heritage photography, she oversees digital imaging production, develops imaging workflows and best practices, trains imaging staff and creates digital image resources through scanning, digital copy work and advanced imaging – the art of making bad film look good! She also provides direct support to faculty, consulting on their imaging needs for teaching and publication. Her background includes archival photography of historic artifacts, as well as coordination and curation of collection- and preservation-projects in historic house museums.
