About
Youngshin Yook studies modern and contemporary Asian art. She holds B.A. and M.A. in History of Art from Korea University and Seoul National University, respectively. Before joining Michigan, she received a research fellowship at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and served as a curatorial assistant at the National Museum of Korea.
