My favorite part of writing / consulting is the conversation -- I'm interested in talking through ideas in any type of writing (preferably created without generative AI), but I have the most experience with analysis, social science writing, personal statements, applications, and creative writing (especially fiction). Outside of school, I love to bake and eat pastries, go for runs in the Arb, and see music performances on campus. The academic interests that I'm most interested in are literary studies (especially poetry), queer studies, and digital cultures. I'm also conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and would be happy to speak it in our consultation if you think it would be helpful, although I do not read or write it very well.
