Note: To prioritize course scheduling, noncurricular reservations for future semesters (e.g., requests made during fall for the following winter or requests made during summer for fall) cannot be approved until three weeks before the beginning of the new semester. Depending on curricular needs, approvals for some rooms could be delayed up to and beyond the beginning of the new semester.
