Sara Morell is a PhD candidate in Political Science with a focus on Gender Politics and Political Behavior, within the context of American Politics. Her dissertation considers the role of private-sector women's organizations in the recruitment and training of women candidates. She uses a mix of surveys, experiments, interviews and quasi-experimental statistical methods in her research.
