Eliza Austic, a Research and Evaluation Specialist, leads data analysis, assessment, and reporting for the LSA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Office. Her responsibilities include tracking metrics for progress at the college-level outlined in the LSA DEI 2.0 Strategic Plan, and supporting department DEI plans, programs, and initiatives.
Eliza completed postdoctoral training with the U-M Institute for Research on Women and Gender (IRWG) as well as the Michigan Institute for Clinical & Health Research (MICHR). Her past experience at U-M encompasses research and academic program support across multiple labs and departments, including the Detroit Initiative, the Program on Intergroup Dialogue, the School of Social Work, and the Organizational and Community Multicultural Praxis Lab.
