Operations Supervisor
About
Jessica joined the LRC in August of 2025. She began her passion for language learning during her high school German classes. This passion led her to obtain Bachelor’s degrees in World Languages Education and German from Penn State University. Following completion of her Bachelor’s degrees, she taught high school German for three years. During this time, she gained valuable experience inside and outside the classroom.
As the operations supervisor, she works closely with the Information Specialist and student staff members. She helps with room reservations, supervising student staff operations, collections management and circulation (films), and coordinates the Language Bank.
