About
Yuyu Cheng was born and raised in Taipei City. She received her bachelor’s degree in Archaeology from Nanjing University, specializing in the identification of cultural relics. Her research interests focus on the paintings and calligraphies of ancient China. She has completed a case study on the Suzhou Fakes of "Elegant Gathering in the Western Garden" as her undergraduate dissertation. Yuyu would like to become a Chinese art historian in the future, and she intends to expose herself to multicultural perspectives of Chinese art history through the program.
