Operations Manager
About
Patricia Idema is the operations manager at the International Institute. She supports the institute by documenting and communicating policies and procedures as well as being the lead project manager for II-wide administrative functions and initiatives. She earned degrees in biology from Albion College and Miami University, where she was first enrolled in and later taught for the Global Field Program. Her studies took her to Belize, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Australia. Patricia’s master’s work focused on the interconnectedness of engaging with the environment, happiness, and business success.
