This short paper, which is being distributed by the Center for Political Studies at the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, introduces and gives a small number of preliminary and partial findings from a 2024 survey of the stereotypes about Jews, Muslims, and Black Americans held by adult Americans. The survey was designed and the data have been analyzed by Amnon Cavari and Francy Luna Diaz, as well as Wallenberg Executive Committee member Mark Tessler. Academic papers with fuller analyses will be coming early in 2026.
