Environmental Sciences Peer Facilitator
About
Maryellen Zbrozek is a senior majoring in Ecology, Evolution, and Biodiversity and minoring in Computer Science. She has been actively involved in research in the Tibbetts Lab, where she has studied pollinator health and diversity as a UROP student and as a research assistant. Outside of academics, Maryellen is a member of student groups such as Books for a Benefit and Students for Clean Energy, Society of Les Voyageurs, and she serves on the board of DoRAK (Do Random Acts of Kindness). She aims to pursue a master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy following her graduation from UM. In her free time, Maryellen enjoys exploring new places, spending time outdoors, reading, and hanging out with family and friends. Maryellen is excited about the 2018-2019 academic year as it is her last year at the university. She is looking forward to making plans for life post-graduation. She is excited to connect with as many other students as possible during the course of this year and is looking forward to making even more memories at Michigan.
