Health Sciences Peer Facilitator
About
Louise Amat is a senior from Lyon, France. She is a pre-med student double majoring in Biomolecular science and Spanish. Thanks to the UROP program, she has conducted research in the Gastrointestinal Physiology lab at the UM Hospital. Besides working as a PF, Louise is also Campus Chairperson for Global Brigades, volunteering for the Spanish club, and volunteering through Students Empowering Education. She plans on applying to medical school in the future. In her free time she enjoys feeding her coffee addiction and playing tennis. As a peer facilitator, she is excited to help students discover their passion in research just as she did during her UROP experience!
