Katie Jaje

Katie is a senior in the College of Pharmacy studying Pharmaceutical Sciences with future plans to pursue medical school. In her UROP experience her freshman year, she began researching drug delivery techniques for cardiovascular diseases in the Department of Internal Medicine. She then continued this research in the Research Scholars program, using the skills she gained in her first year to work independently. Outside of research, Katie is involved in Phi Delta Epsilon, a pre-medical fraternity, and Michigan is My Home, a student organization on campus to benefit the homeless and impoverished in Washtenaw County. She is looking forward to helping students gain insightful research experience to enrich their academic studies.
