I was a student in UROP during my sophmore year which was also my first year at Michigan. I have been a PF for one year after that and am now returning for my second year as a PF. I am still involved with the same research lab that I joined as a student. I am starting my third year as a RA for the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center in Michigan Medicine's Anesthesiology Department. During my time there I have assisted on two completed projects and am starting my third one now. Over the past two years I have been one of the authors for 2 published peer reviewed articles focusing on improving Lupus Care in the Black Community and we are in the process of publishing more in this field as well as papers focusing on the Veteran community and cannabis.
