I plan to graduate from Michigan in May 2027 with a major in Public Health Sciences and a minor in both Sociology of Health and Medicine and Health and Gender Studies.
I love UROP because of what it stands for. I think it is incredibly encouraging that there is a program at Michigan designed specifically for students who have no prior research experience, providing a safe and engaging way to explore projects across so many fields. UROP gives students like me, access to valuable resources and opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with others who share similar interests.
