About
I am a senior studying mechanical engineering. This summer I interned at Ford Motor Company with the Environmental and Safety Compliance team. I love to travel and was able to study abroad last summer in Paris. I visited various countries and explored new cultures during my time there. I love to run and completed the Ann Arbor half marathon twice. I enjoy being a part of UROP because it exposed me to all the inspiring research opportunities our school has to offer. I have also developed networking and communication skills with professors and mentors who supported me during my projects. Coming into the program with no prior research experience, UROP prepared me to apply for opportunities, interview with professors, and succeed in my project and presentation. The skills I learned from this program have helped me prepare for job interviews and expand my career as an engineer.
