I'm a senior at U-Mich graduating in May 2026. I entered UROP as a student right when I transferred to Michigan and was blown away by how much I gained from my year in the program. Through UROP, I learned how to carry out scientific research, met lots of like-minded transfer students, and found a lab that I have been working in ever since.
