First year: Life Sciences UROP in the Traynor Lab studying negative allosteric modulators as a treatment for opioid use disorder. Presented a poster at the UROP Spring Symposium and the 49th Annual Midwest Pharmacology Colloquium.
Second year: Research Scholars studying positive allosteric modulators as a treatment for chronic pain and depression. Gave an oral presentation at the UROP Spring Symposium and a poster at the Pharmacological Sciences and Bio-related Chemistry Symposium.
Third year: Continuing research in the Traynor Lab with a focus on biophysical studies of the opioid receptors.
