Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, or related STEM fields. Candidates with a background in both computer science and chemistry are preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python. Strong coding and engineering skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow). Experience in training deep learning models is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), or Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms. Experience in algorithm research or reproducing results from academic papers is a plus.

Availability:

• Ability to commit to an internship of at least three months.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Establishing high magnification metallographic structure detection, analysis, and quantitative evaluation system for various phases and defect structures of deformed aluminum alloy (6xxx alloy) cast bars for automobiles.
• Producing failure analysis and report of metallographic structures and aluminum alloy (6xxx alloy).
• Conducting mechanical property testing, analysis, and testing optimization of aluminum profiles.

Requirements:
