Tiffany Ball

Every semester, the Edward Ginsberg Center administers Course Development Grants, funded by the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. The grants offer financial “support [for] new and ongoing community-engaged courses.”

Tiffany Ball, Lecturer in the Women’s and Gender Studies Department, has been awarded the LSA Community-Engaged Course Development Mini Grant. This grant hopes to facilitate “community-engaged pedagogies and community partnerships” within courses.

In the past, these grants have been used for supporting community speakers and partners, as well as creating and sustaining community partnerships in connection with the community-engaged courses.

To receive the grant, applicants must develop and demonstrate a plan to incorporate community-engaged methods into their courses, highlighting the tangible community benefits of their plans.

We are so excited for Lecturer Tiffany Ball and this amazing award!
