It has just been announced that Associate Professor Kiyoteru Tsutsui has received a grant from the National Science Foundation.   His project title is "Linking Constitutional Content and Civil Society Relationships" and he will be studying the constitutions of a number of different countries and then looking at data from those countries to how different constitutional structures impact human rights in those countries.
