Karen Reardon, doctoral student in the Department of Sociology, has been selected by the Association of Researchers on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Associations(ARNOVA) as a 2012 Dissertation Fellow. The selection comes with a $1000 monetary award for travel and lodging expenses.  It permits her to workshop her dissertation research in a day long special session hosted by interdisciplinary nonprofit scholars prior to ARNOVA's annual conference in November.
