UM Graduate Student David Diego Torres has accepted the American Sociological Association and National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship at Rice University.  The theme of the postdoc is "The Impact of Cultural Based Education on American Indian Children's Achievement," and the position runs for two years.
