Assistant Professor Kiyoteru Tsutsui has won the 2010 Best Scholarly Article Award from the American Sociology Association (ASA) Section on Global and Transnational Sociology, for his senior-authored article "Global Norms, Local Activism, and Social Movement Outcomes: Global Human Rights and Resident Koreans in Japan," which appeared in  Social Problems (vol.55).  Congratulations!
