About
Benjamin Passey received his undergraduate (2001), masters (2004), and doctoral (2007) training at the University of Utah before moving on to postdoctoral work at Caltech (2007-2009). Before coming to Michigan, he served on the Earth and Planetary Sciences faculty at Johns Hopkins as an assistant professor (2009-2015) and associate professor (2015-2016). Ben is interested in the history of, and interrelationships among, Earth's climate, ecosystems, tectonics, and biogeochemical cycles.
