Associate Professor Michaela Zint revamped the course Environ 211: Social Sciences and Environmental Problems a few years back to appeal to student's desire to make a difference on campus. But with more revision and support from a Third Century Initiative grant, students in her class work on projects with clients which include the campus farm, dining halls, residence halls, U-M's Recycle program, and Planet Blue.
You can read more about Professor Zint and her class in this edition of the University Record.
