Sayoni loves music and is part of an a cappella group on campus. She's also learning to play the guitar. Outside her musical endeavors, she loves to cook, read, travel, and spend time outdoors.

Tess grew up in Los Angeles and loves exploring all that Ann Arbor has to offer, especially new restaurants and coffee shops downtown! She is obsessed with all things music, from listening to performing, and hopes to work in the live entertainment space.

Hannah is a senior here in the OS program. Inspired by the legendary RBG, she has wanted to become a lawyer since she was a little girl. Hannah plans to attend law school right after graduation and move back to New York. Outside of her academic interests, she just finished the best semester ever in Florence Italy and traveled all over Europe. Hannah listens to every kind of music, from rap to country to house to pop, she is a Solidcore junkie, and loves all things involving fashion and photography!

Anna is from Buffalo, New York and has been snow'd inside of her home on Christmas for two years in a row! Anna is a big fan of the Buffalo Bills and is excited for both the college and NFL football games in the fall. She loves to try out new recipes and throw dinner parties with her friends.

Joseph hails from Baltimore, MD and enjoys exploring new places to eat in both Baltimore and Ann Arbor. When he is not eating or sleeping, he loves making music with friends, spending time outside, and is currently rewatching HBO’s Girls.

The 2024-2025 DEI leaders are Cameron Henry, Shereen Shahid, and Shirley Zheng.

More about the DEI Team Members

Cameron is a native Detroiter who has a strong fascination for the automotive industry and someday hopes to work in Supply Chain Management for the "Big Three" after completing his Masters. In his free time, he loves to model, learn more about the stock market, stay updated on the latest fashion trends, and try new restaurants on the weekends. Recently, he has rediscovered his passion for running after previously being a member of the cross country team back in middle school.

Shereen has had a passion for sports cars her whole life and hopes to build a life around her passion. She actually has her own project car - a 1983 Datsun 280ZX Turbo.

Outside of school, Shirley enjoys traveling, hiking, or exploring new food places with friends.
