In my academic, personal, and professional goals, there lies an intersection in the fields of creation. As such, I possess an innate desire to contribute to making art that changes and impacts people’s lives in a palpable way. I believe that studying organizations within a liberal arts context aligns with my aspirations to make meaningful impact in the fields of film, music, and art, which are so reliant on human experience. This in turn will aid me in understanding the structures, dynamics and behaviors of organizations steeped in the creative process. I plan on cultivating my desire to understand people and my investment in the generative process to forge a pathway which encapsulates my passions and career.
