Positive Organizational Scholarship with a focus on understanding what decision-making processes lead to the optimal outcomes for organizations
Through my pathway, I will gain a deeper understanding of Positive Organizational Scholarship in a way that will allow me to grasp the most important components of a successful workplace. I will attain more knowledge in HR and management which will effectively guide me to my dream job as an Industrial Organizational Psychologist. By also implementing the Decision Making pathway, I will be well equipped at navigating issues among employees because this pathway integrates useful data regarding how to adjust decision making processes in order to maintain the most functional environment. My second major of Psychology will also contribute to my knowledge of individuals in the workplace which will deepen my understanding of workplace environments and what employees need the most.
