Susan directs the Student Recruitment office which seeks to increase access and advance student diversity by promoting the liberal arts and recruiting targeted first-year and transfer students to LSA. Before LSA, her career in higher education included working as an English tutor for Upward Bound at the University of Hawaii-Manoa, student services at Ocean County College (NJ), and as Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
