Non-Student Temp Process - Testing Lucidchart Integration
Below is an embedded document showing the workflow for hiring a Non-Student Temp. This document was created in Lucidchart. I am hopeful we could leverage this tool to remap our HR Processes with increased detail. Publishing to the LSA Gateway in a similar manner would allow us to be more transparent about how decisions are made and which outcome options are available, as well as better helping our units understand their roles and responsibilities in our various processes.
Further, as we look to improve our HR Processes, different visualizations of workflows, information transfers, and decision-points could help us to find and resolve redundancies or disparities, create efficiencies, and better support the educational goals of LSA.
