Chief Operating Officer, Bath & Body Works

Chris Cramer currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Bath & Body Works, a $8B Fortune 500 retailer. He leads several areas of the business, including the eCommerce business, merchandise planning & allocation, technology, logistics, business strategy, data analytics, and ESG.

Chris joined Bath & Body Works/L Brands in 2001. Prior to his current role, he served as the brand’s executive vice president and general manager of the Bath & Body Works eCommerce business, leading it to 14 consecutive quarters of sales growth, with the channel’s sales more than doubling during the period. He also held other key roles throughout his tenure, including senior vice president and chief financial officer and executive vice president of merchandise planning and allocation. Earlier in his career, he held positions with IBM and Accenture.

Chris holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and serves on the Executive Committee of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the university’s College of Literature Science & Arts and the Economics Leadership Council for its economics department. He also sits on the Dean’s Leadership Committee for the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he received his MBA.

He credits LSA with providing him the foundation and tools to be a flexible and creative thinker, enabling him to have a varied career across many disciplines. Chris lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his family.
