Reserving Posting Walls/Atriums
Posting Walls A, B, C, and D in Haven Hall are four built-in tables and benches located in the Haven Hall entrance facing the diag. The Sharepoint calendar is arranged to schedule only one student organization per table. All reservations are based on first come first serve approvals. Commercially prepared foods are preferred. Simple baked goods e.g. cookies, brownies, cupcakes, muffins, etc. are acceptable as part of fundraising.
Atriums can take several weeks for vetting approvals, plan to have a backup venue in case your request is rejected. If making a reservation a semester ahead of your preferred date you will not receive an approval until closer to your event.
*Not allowed; amplified sound, music, or performance of any kind in these spaces. The Michigan Unions or LSA classrooms can be rented for such purposes. Michigan Union Events Service can be reached at 734.763.5911.

- Complete the Reservation Request Form.
- Review Rules for your corresponding space.
- Allow for 3 business days to confirm Posting Wall requests. Atrium requests may take up to 5 business days.
