The International Institute (II) and its centers sponsor numerous conferences, lectures, exhibits, and cultural performances throughout the year. These events invite the university community and the public to explore and learn about global issues and engage in discussion and dialogue.
In addition to its own programming, the II cosponsors and provides funding for conferences and workshops across campus that focus on international and area studies.
