A lecture by Dr. William A. Calvo-Quirós. Dr. Calvo-Quirós is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan. He studies how legends and the uncany function as alternative epistemic products that question invisibility and historicity while creating new narratives and significations about the U.S - Mexico border and Chicana/o experience.
