Git Beyond the Basics is designed for researchers who work with code to confidently identify and resolve merge conflicts, maintain a clean and understandable project history, and select the right collaboration strategy - including when to create merge commits, squash commits, or rebase. Familiarity with basic Git commands such as add, commit, push, and pull is recommended.
