The Institute of Mathematical Statistics named Moulinath Banerjee as a new IMS fellow for his novel contributions to the theory of non-standard asymptotics and shape-restricted inference, and for his significant contributions to our profession. He will be announced and presented with a plaque during the IMS Presidential Address and Awards Ceremony at the 2017 Joint Statistical Meetings in Baltimore.

Congratulations Professor Banerjee for this well-deserved honor!
