by Latvian historian Edvins Snore
Based on new archival discoveries and interviews with retired Soviet Intelligence officers it gives a well documented account on Soviet-Nazi collaboration before 1941. It highlights the similarities between the genocide against Ukrainians by bolsheviks and, later, Holocaust by nazis. This month the Holodomor Awareness events are taking place in Canada to commemorate the 77-th Anniversary of Ukrainian genocide. The work to honor the victims and restore historical truth continues. Seeing this documentary is essential to our learning and remembering.
The show will take place on Wednesday December 1 at 7pm in Room 2011 on the second floor of Modern Language Department.
The flyers will be posted around the bulding to direct you to the room.
