When applying to your graduate or professional program of choice, you will be required to submit transcripts from every undergraduate and/or graduate institution you have enrolled in courses. 

The Office of Registrar processes transcript requests. Refer to the “Centralized Application Services (e.g., AMCAS, LSAC, NursingCAS, PharmCAS)” portion of the page. For courses taken at other institutions, reach out to the Registrar/Records office at that institution for instructions.
