Toby Millman is a multidisciplinary artist living in Hamtramck, working with printmaking, photography, collage, narrative and book arts. She earned her BA from Hampshire College and her MFA from Stamps School of Art and Design and is currently teaching printmaking and drawing at the Residential College.
