The PCAP Strategic Plan describes in detail the methods we will use to help every PCAP participant experience program outcomes.
One of the most important and valuable insights of our strategic planning process has been identifying the groups of participants that are the centerpiece of PCAP programs: university students, incarcerated people, and community members in the free world. All PCAP programs bring one or more of these groups together for artistic collaboration and growth.
