Academic Peer Support

CSP Scholars can meet with a trained Academic Peer Leader for drop-in and 1:1 support in select courses. Sessions are held in the CSP Suite (1144 Angell Hall).

Drop-In Session Hours for Fall 2026

Scholars are welcome to attend drop-in sessions for the supported subjects. No appointment required. All sessions are held in 1144 Angell Hall (in the CSP suite).

These sessions will run from September 22 through December 10.

Math 105, 115, 116, Stats 250, Econ 101

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-7:00pm

Spanish 101-232 & French 101-232

Wednesdays from 5:00-7:00pm

Note: There will be no drop-in or 1:1 support on the following dates:

- Tuesday, October 20 (Fall Break)

-Tuesday, November 24th and Wednesday, November 25th (Thanksgiving Break)

1:1 Academic Peer Leader Support

Scholars can schedule 1:1 appointments with an Academic Peer Leader through the UM Study via the app or the browser. Appointments are one hour and in-person. Scholars may meet one time per week, per course. Scheduling must be done 24 hours in advance.

Support will run from September 22 through December 10.

Need support but do not see the course offered?

Scholars may complete the google form with their request. Please note this is not guaranteed and depends on staffing. The supplemental instruction staff will follow-up with your inquiry. We do not take requests for any course serviced by the Sweetland Writing Center or the Science Learning Center.
