“Yugoslav Studies” is a platform to re-think “Yugoslavia” through the interaction of art, theory, education and politics. Rather than identifying “Yugoslavia” as a nation-state that no longer exists, Yugoslav Studies examines its object as a project founded on a politics of emancipation with critical and unpredictable relevances for the global present and future.
