The class Leading with an Artist’s Mindset in an AI-Enabled World will explore how leaders can navigate complexity, uncertainty, and rapid change through creativity, systems thinking, and a human-centered approach to leadership. Students examine leadership through interdisciplinary perspectives, including psychology, philosophy, the arts, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Through reflective, experiential, and project-based learning, students cultivate an artist’s mindset and develop the distinctively human capacities to make sense of ambiguity, exercise judgment, imagine new possibilities, and lead creatively and adaptively in a changing world.
