The BLI Internship Program provides undergraduate students with invaluable real-world experiences aimed at fostering leadership and followership skills. Participants will observe leadership dynamics, engage in team processes, and learn from established professionals. During this internship, the BLI will offer dedicated mentorship to ensure that each intern excels in their role and can actively contribute to advancing the organization's mission and upholding its core values. This internship will be paid by the BLI.
Who's eligible:
- Current Sophomores and Juniors (and Seniors who are graduating in F26) who have completed a LEARN experience.
- Priority placement will be given to BLI fellows who have participated in other LEAP experiences (the Applied Leadership Fellowship, Leadership Teaching Fellowship, Social Transformation Fellowship, and/or Leadership Certificate).
Placement Timing:
- 8–12 weeks
- May-August
- 30–40 hrs a week

Selection Process:
- Application is open Oct. 20 - Oct. 31st
- Select candidates will be invited to a 30-minute interview the week of November 10
- Candidates will then interview with their placement host in the following two weeks
