For a variety of reasons, faculty and students sometimes can’t be in the same place at the same time: The faculty member is traveling, groups of students are on internships, students and faculty are out ill, and so on. LSA Academic Technology Services can help you find the best way to continue to teach regardless of impediments. Here are some suggestions for ways to continue to connect with students, organized by the type of activity that was planned.
We encourage all instructors to have a plan, in case of inclement weather or illness. The Learning and Teaching Technology Consultants are always available to help you plan!
