About

As a Business Systems Analyst for the LSA TS Web and Applications Development Team, I document business and user requirements and translate them into developer tasks. I provide project management guidance to help ensure projects are launched on time through the use of Jira project boards.

The user test plans I build and execute lend themselves to use case scenarios and baselines for sanity checks. This testing forms the backbone of initial documentation for newly developed or improved software and processes.
